Reptiles that are active in daylight can probably see much the same colors as we can. Lizards can distinguish red, orange, yellow, yellowish green, blue, and violet. Giant tortoises can see orange, blue, and green and some terrapins are very sensitive to reds. They may even be able to see infra-red, which is invisible to us.
