Would you like a woolly bear in your sweater?
Woolly bears are the hairy larvae of museum beetles and carpet beetles. They have a varied diet, and museum beetles will eat dried animal skins and many of the other exhibits found in museums. This group of beetles is also fond of materials, and particularly fine, clean cloth and woollen garments. You would not want one gnawing holes in your sweater.
